Founder & Managing Director
Award winning New Business of the year 2000, Prime Lettings & Management was founded by Marilena in March 1999 and has gone from strength to strength.
Marilena won Woman Entrepreneur in the Manchester Business Awards in 2004 and was commended on her professionalism and friendly service.
Mentorship – Marilena currently acts as a mentor for women starting in business and has inspired students with her speeches in schools and colleges.
Marilena is multi lingual and this has been most helpful in attracting business in our diverse culture, PLM clients include top professionals from business & sport.
My success story…
Inspired by several successful individuals, I am a hard working dedicated woman whom was fortunate enough to have the support of a wonderful family whilst trying to run a busy and successful business and being a mother. I have prided myself on professionalism, friendliness and accommodating the working population so no 9 to 5 for me!! I was 27 years old when I established PLM, My success story is hard work, a wonderful team, loyal clients and mainly loving the job I do. I love the fact that people say to me “oh are you PLM” as I am known for the achievement and not solely my name.
May I take this opportunity in thanking my wonderful family, my excellent staff, all the clients since PLM was established and my son Riccardo, the best son a mother could wish for.
YOLANDA
Lettings Negotiator
Yolanda has been a part of the PLM team since February 2004. She is responsible for viewings, moving tenants into their new home, rental appraisals, legal compliance & inspections prior and after occupation. Yolanda speaks English, Italian, Afrikaans & Portuguese.

ANGELINA
Senior Office Administrator
Angelina has been part of the PLM team since September 2005, her role overseas all the administration, maintenance, diary controls, advertising, purchasing, arranging all the necessary Gas & Electrical Inspections and notification to all utilities.

JOSEPHINE
Accounts Manager
Josephine has been part of the PLM team since May 2007. she is responsible for all the collection and payments of rents from tenants to landlords, all payments to contractors and purchases.
“ I am known as the office flapper as I am very conscientious and take my job most seriously, I enjoy my job and the team I work with and hope that I will continue to thrive within PLM to the best of my ability”
